Bengali upcoming film Kushumitar Gappo – story and cast and crew of the movie

Kushumitar Gappo is a film on Bengali woman footballer Kushumita, who hails from Sandeshkhali in the Sundarbans. Kushumita has represented Bengal and India team.

Left leg of Kushumita was operated and she was admitted in a government hospital. Kushumita was injured while playing for Bengal team against Kerala in national games. Kushumita’s father had to arrange money for the operation at the cost of his mortgaging his home.

The distressed condition of the stopper back of Bengal women’s football team created storm in social networking sites. Bengal musician arranged an exhibition match to raise funds for Kushumita Das. Kushumita was admitted in woodburn ward of SSKM hospital. Many people of Bengal including players helped Kushumita.

Rituparna in Rajkahini

Film Rajkahini is a film based on emotions, the human zeal of struggle, the undaunted spirit of fighting for freedom and oft-ever told story of the victory of good over evil. Director Srijit Mukherji has narrated the story brilliantly. Each actor has performed well, the first and the last scene of the film are excellent.

Srijit has extracted the best performance from all the actors. Rituparna Sengupta as Begum Jaan is excellent. Riddhima, Parno Mitra, Zoya Ahsan, Priyanka, Sohini, Sayoni – all justify the roles they are cast in.

Nigel Akkara, Rudranil Ghosh, Saswata Chatterjee, Koushik Sen all have played memorable roles in film Rajkahini.
