Actress Sonamoni Saha of ‘Debi Choudhurani’ fame will be seen in new TV serial 'Mohor' from 28 October. Sonamoni is paired opposite Pratik Sen. Sonamoni Saha's debut TV serial ‘Debi Choudhurani’ recently came to an end. Sonamoni's co-stars in ‘Debi Choudhurani’ were Rahul Majumder, Sujan Mukhopadhyay, Tanima Sen and others. Sonamoni;s performance in ‘Debi Choudhurani’ is accepted bu audiences.

TV serial Mohor is based on the life of a girl named Mohor. Mohor's parents are like many conservative parents for whom savings of money is essential for the education of son and marriage of girl. A girl's life has many dos and don'ts, it may be her dress or way of talking. Mohor opposes these typical thoughts. Mohow comes to Kolkata for education and gradually she becomes protest face against all gender barriers.
Role of Mohor is going to be a challenging job for Sonamoni Saha and hope the new actress will prove again her acting talent.
