Parambrata and Koel in Film Film Jawker Dhan 2

Parambrata Chatterjee and Koel Mallik will be seen together for the third time in film Jawker Dhan 2 which is a sequel of film Jawker Dhan.

Parambrata and Koel worked together earlier in films Hemlock Society and Highway. Jawker Dhan 2 is directed by Sanatan Ghoshal. Koel will play the role of a doctor, Ruby Chatterjee in the film.

Film Jawker Dhan 2 revolves around a treasure hunt and the other actors in the film Kaushik Sen, Gourav Chakraborty and others.

Story of the film is based on detective novel of Hemendra Kumar Roy.

Shooting of the film Jawker Dhan has already been started in Kolkata. The other shotting spots of the film are Thailand and North Bengal.

Bollywood Actress Sonali Bendre diagnosed with metastatic cancer

Actress Sonali Bendre revealed today - 04 July 2018 that she has been diagnosed with "high grade cancer" and is being treated for it in New York.

On her Instagram and Twitter Sonali, 43, shared a lengthy note in which she said she's "taking this battle head on" and thanked her family and friends for their support. Sonali Bendre also described the diagnosis as 'unexpected' and said she 'didn't see it coming.' In her statement, Sonali Bendre said: "Sometimes, when you least expect it, life throws you a curveball. I have recently been diagnosed with a high grade cancer that has metastised, which we frankly did not see coming... My family and close friends have rallied around me, providing the best support system that anyone can ask for."

Bengali Actor Chinmoy Roy Hospitalised with Serious Injury

Chinmoy Roy, the veteran film and stage artist is seriously injured. The 78 years old veteran Bengali actor fell off the fourth floor of his apartment on yesterday evening - at about 7.00 PM, sustaining serious injuries. The actor's son Sankha said the actor was found lying on the ground floor of the building in South Kolkata by neighbours, and was admitted to a private super speciality hospital off E M Bypass.

The great comedy actor suffered injuries on his arms, leg and other parts of the body. It is learnt that the actor is now stable.
