Bengali actor Parambtara Chottopadhyay will be again seen in a Bangladeshi film
titles Bhuban Majhi. Bangladesh National Award-winning independent filmmaker
Fakhrul Arefeen Khan is making the film and plot of the film is based on Liberation
War in 1971. The story of film Bhuban Majhi covers life of people in Bangladesh
from 1970 to 2013.

actor Parambrata Chatterjee and Bangladesh’s popular TV actress Aparna Ghosh
will be seen playing the leading roles in film Bhuban Majhi.
Story of film Bhuban Majhi
The
story of the film Bhuban Majhi evolves around a spiritual man, Baul Nohor Majhi
living in Kushtia. A journalist goes to
Kushtia for making a documentary on Baul and comes in contact with Nohor Baul.
Gradually the truth opens up and the journalist discovers that Nohor Baul was an
active freedom fighter in the Liberation War of 1971. The baul was inspired by
a young girl from a respectable family in Bangladesh and her name is Farida. In
the film Bhuban Majhi, Parambrata will play the role of Baul Nohor Majhi and Aparna will play the character of Farida.
Shooting
of the film Bhuban Majhi will start from next month and major shooting location
is definitely Bangladesh while a part of the film will be shot in West Bengal.
