Box Office Report - Expected and Real for Film PK

Aamir Khan's PK will be released tomorrow and audiences have started comparing PK with Shah Rukh Khan’s latest released film Happy New Year. Opening day earning of film Happy New Year was Rs. 44 crore and it is expected that Aamir’s PK will break the record.

Film PK is releasing in 5200 screens in India while Happy New Year was released in 5000 screens. Moreover film PK has no strong competitor on the very first day.

Film PK has already created a positive buzz around it. Aamir Khan’s character in the film is suspense, Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma pair will also be under scanner in the film.

Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar and Film PK

Aamir Khan and Sachin Tendulkar are good friends. Sachin’s remarks always get importance – be it regarding cricket or other fields. Sachin Tendulkar was present at a special screening of the film PK for him by Aamir on Tuesday and said : "The film is superb. I have promised Aamir so I won't disclose much about the story. But I would like to say that all of you please go and watch this film as it is completely different. For me it's the best film and best performance of Aamir that I have ever seen".

 Sachin further said: "His role in the film is completely different. It is completely out-of-the box film with a very strong message. It is a must watch film. Without any doubt it is his best performance".  Sachin also praised Anushka Sharma for her performance in film PK. Sachin said: "Aamir and Anushka's pair was amazing. It's a must watch".
