Mun of TV serial Ishti Kutum, Ankita Chakraborty is making her debut in films with Anjan Dutta’s film Byomkesh Phire Elo. The film will be released on 19 December 2014.

Film Byomkesh Phire Elo is based on the detective story Benishonghar written by novelist Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay in year 1968. Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay wrote 32 Byomkesh stories between 1932 and 1970.

Ankita Chakraborty is playing the role of Medini in Byomkesh Phire Elo and Bengali audiences are waiting to see the performance of Ankita in her debut film.
