Kaushik Ganguly’s forthcoming movie Khad is based on the story of a group of people trying to make-out alive of a situation that tests their strength, patience and resilience.

Story of the film Khad

The story of film Khad revolves around a group of tourists who are in North Bengal hilly area. Like any tourist party, they are from different family and locations. On their way to the mountains, their bus meets with a terrible accident. The bus falls off a cliff into an abyss although no one is killed. The injured passengers cannot expect any help from local people as they are far away from any locality. The story tells how they fight for survival.

The story is definitely a symbolic one.
