Two of Sada Canvas's posters have
been rejected by the West Bengal Board of Censorship as they are termed as
'obscene'. In the upcoming film of Subrata Sen, new actress Malabika is seen in
a backless poster just like Rituparna Sengupta in Charulata 2011 but failed to
pass the censor board. Censor board had no objection in Charulata 2011 poster.
Goutam Barat has designed the
posters and he says that the poster is termed as obscene by board members as
they feel that the poster has a backless woman as well as too much of bare legs
are shown in the poster.
