Bollywood actress and co-owner
of Kings XI Punjab cricket team Preity Zinta has filed a police complaint
against her former boyfriend and businessman Ness Wadia. Preity Zinta filed the
police complaint on 12 June (Thursday) night alleging that she was molested by Ness
Wadia inside Wankhede stadium on 30 May when the IPL match between Kings XI
Punjab and Chennai Super Kings was played at that stadium.
In her complaint, Preity Zinta has written that she was at the Garware Pavillion during
the match on 30 May and Ness Wadia accosted her and bad mouthed her there.
Following the written
complaint, an FIR was registered against Ness Wadia under IPC sections 354, 504,
506 and 509.
Ness Wadia told to reporters
that "I am shocked and dismayed. The allegations are totally false and
baseless,"
