South Indian film actress Meera Jasmine married software
professional Anil John Titus in a church in Trivandrum on 12 February 2014.

The national award winning actress earlier registered her
marriage with Anil in Ilamkulam on 9 February and the official wedding ceremony
took place on 12 February. The marriage ceremony was held under police
protection as the groom filed a petition to the court seeking police protection
as a former friend of his had threatened to prevent the marriage.
Malayalam film celebrities including Kavya Madhavan, Dileep,
Suresh Gopi, Blessy, Rajaputra Renjith and Mallika Sukumaran were present in
the wedding ceremony of Meera and Anil.
