and we have seen the position of different heroines of Bengali films in the
year. Rituparna Sengupta can’t be labeled as aged actress as she is still
dominating the Bengali film industry. In 2014 we may not find Rituparna
Sengupta as young girl playing romantic roles but she will definitely play some
critical powerful roles in Bengali films of 2014. In this article we will keep
Rituparna aside and the focus will be on young Bengali film heroines.

There was a rumour that
Koel Mallick may quit films after her marriage with Nishpal Singh Rane in
February 2013. The rumour is proved wrong and Koel Mallick is very much in
Bengali films. Presently Koel Mallick is working in two films – Highway and
Arundhuti. Highway is a different type of movie but Arundhuti is a fully
commercial film.

going to be the dark horse of Bengali films in year 2014. Confidence level of
Subhashree Ganguly is high with one after another box office hit film in year
2013 and she has successfully worked with both Dev and Jeet in year 2013. Among
the Bengali film heroines, Subhashree Ganguly has more films in her hands right now. Subhashree
Ganguly is working in Anjan Dutta’s film Shesh Bole Kichu Nei. Subhashree
Ganguly and Jeet may be seen in another Bengali film in year 2014. Subhashree
Ganguly will work with a new hero in
another untitled film in 2014.
Srabanti Chatterjee and her upcoming films in year 2014
Expectation from Srabanti Chatterjee is increasing day by day. Srabanti Chatterjee has worked in
different type of roles in year 2013 and in 2014 we can expect more from the
glamorous sexy actress of Bengali film industry. Bengali film audiences can
