Dev is considered as the
top hero of Bengali films in recent times and Srabanti Chatterjee is the most
glamorous heroine at present. In the past they have worked together but in last
three years not a single film was made with
Srabanti Chatterjee and Dev.

Presently Dev and Srabanti
are doing two films together - Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s Buno Haash and Rajib’s
Bindaas.
In film Bindaas, Srabanti
Chatterjee plays an orphan and in film Buno Haash, Srabanti is a patient suffering
from a terminal illness. Dev plays the best friend of Srabanti in the film.
