Bengali film Khola Haowa revolves around life and love of human being. The
film explores the relationship between men and women.
Story of the film Khola Haowa revolves arround a school
teacher, his wife and a third person in the life of the teacher’s wife. Joy Sengupta
is playing the role of a school teacher and Rituparna is his wife in film Khola
Haowa. The teacher and his wife is leading a calm and quite life but suddenly Samadarshi
enters in the life of Rituparna. Rituparna’s concepts on life start changing.
Rituparna Sengupta is Aditi in film Khola Hawa. Joy Sengupta is Promit
in the film and Aditi and Promit are married. Promit has an affair and Aditi
wants divorce. Samadarshi is Sayan in Khola Hawa who is a TV scriptwriter and dumped
by his long-time girlfriend Debjani. Bidita is Debjani in the film Khola
Hawa. Unhappy Aditi and Sayan meet in
Darjeeling and finally they start loving each other.

Rituparna said, "It is a story of a woman's yearning for Independence. It

heart. The film espouses the theme of making most
