A Mumbai court deferred the hearing of Sooraj Pancholi`s bail plea till June 21. Sooraj is in judicial custody till 27 June as he has been charged with abetting the suicide of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan.
Sooraj Pancholi will remain in the Arthur Road Central Jail for the time being. Sooraj was arrested on 10 June in connection with suicide of her girlfriend Jiah Khan and the arrest was done after getting a letter written by Jiah Khan was found. The letter is considered as a suicide note of the actress. In the letter, Jiah Khan accused Sooraj for cheating and raping her.
Sooraj Pancholi is the son of Bollywood actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab.
