Southern actress Mamta Mohandas have filed for
divorce in Ernakulam's family court from her businessman husband Prajith
Padmanabhan. Both the wife and husband are willing for the divorce. Mamta
Mohandas tied the knot with Prajith Padmanabhan last year. Mamta said that the
reason of divorce is due to their different personalities.
The hearing date of the divorce case is 15 July
2013.
Mamta Mohandas is an Southern film
actress and playback singer of South films. Mamta has acted in Malayalam,
Telegu, Tamil and Kannada films. Mamta
Mohandas has won two filmfare awards so far – Best Female Playback Singer in
Telegu in 2006 and Best Actress in Malayalam in 2010.
