Bengali film Tasher Desh will have world premier at Rome film festival

This is a great honour for Bengali films that upcoming film of director Kaushik Mukherjee – Tasher Desh will be world premiered at the 7^th Rome International Film Festival. The film festival will start on 9 November and will continue upto 17 November 2012.

Bengali film Tasher Desh is the only Indian film for 7^th Rome International Film Festival and the film will be in the Cinema XXI section of the film festival.

Director Kaushik Mukherjee is overwhelmed as his film will compete with the works of directors like Elisabetta Sgarbi and Thomas Heise. Tasher Desh will be released in India in 2013.
