Story of the film

Shatru  is a remake of Tamil Film ‘Singam’ and is a action film. The Story of this film is about an honest, brave, intelligent, efficient sub-inspector of police, Dibakar Singh (played by Jeet). The sub-inspector is posted in his home town, a small town.

In the small town, a city girl Puja comes on vacation. Nusrat Jahan plays the role of Puja. After a long time, any Muslim girl is seen in the  role of heroine in a Bengali film. Every thing were going on as usual. Arjun sarkar, an antisocial (played by Supriyo Dutta) comes to the town. Arjun sarkar failed to capture the town as it was fully under the control of the sub-inspector. Arjun utilized his influence and get Dibakar Singh transferred to Howrah with promotion. In this part of the film audiences will see the scenes of action, fighting of Jeet.
