Today at about 2.08 pm while Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar was in a press conference, a person names Harbinder Singh slapped Sharad Pawar. Police has arrested Harbinder Singh. It is learnt that Harbinder Singh is a member of youth organisation of BJP.As per Harbinder Singh, he slapped Sharad Pawar due to the rise in price of food grains. Previously Harbinder Singh slapped Union Telecom Minister Sukhram also.
